How do I track my order?

 

If you have purchased within Canada, most packages come with shipping, which will be included in your shipping email notification. Input this number into the Canada Post website.

 

If you have purchased upgraded shipping outside of Canada, you will be provided with a tracking notification in your shipping email notification. Input this number into the Canada Post website.

 

 

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes. Shipping costs vary! We do not ship to Hawaii, due to agricultural laws. 

Please check your local laws when purchasing bones and other parts. Artfully Artless Craft is not be responsible for items that do not clear customs due to law. 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Items will need to be repackaged and sent back. Info will be provided if you shoot us an email!

 

Can I make a custom order?
